Newton's Cradle is a series of identically sized metal balls suspended in a metal frame. When a ball on one end is lifted and released, the last one in the line is moved upward. The balls between them remain still. The same mchanism works with two or more balls - the exact number of balls on the opposite side swings out and back. Popular desktop executive toy.
